Howell Donaldson III is accused of fatally taking pictures Ronald Felton, 60, Anthony Naiboa, 20, Monica Hoffa, 32, and Benjamin Mitchell, 22, in Seminole Heights between October and November of final yr.
Hillsborough State Legal professional Andrew Warren stated his “workplace will search the sentence of demise” in opposition to Donaldson, 24.
