Angus Mitchell, the son of hair care mogul Paul Mitchell, has been sued for sexual harassment.
Tally Rossi, a former media mission supervisor, filed a swimsuit in California Monday, alleging that Mitchell turned his late father’s firm into “a searching floor to seek out ladies so far and have intercourse with,” based on the Hollywood Reporter.
Within the lawsuit, Rossi claims that Mitchell invited her to his residence and kissed her with out her consent in September 2015, on the time that he was divorcing then-wife Sian.
Later, she claims, he satisfied her to take ecstasy and have intercourse with him, which she stated she felt she needed to with a view to maintain her job.
Rossi claims she started a sexual relationship with Mitchell till January 2016, at which level she stated she was faraway from photoshoots and demoted at work.
In March 2016, Rossi stated, she had intercourse with Mitchell for the final time. A day later, she claims he wired her $50,000 and “begged (her) to not say something.”
Rossi is suing for lack of wage and advantages and psychological misery.
