Joseph Wayne Miller, who memorably portrayed Salami Sam within the comedy flick “Heavyweights” as a child, has died at 36.
The ex-child actor died Tuesday in his sleep and was discovered by his girlfriend, Miller’s mom informed TMZ.
Judd Apatow, who produced “Heavyweights,” fondly remembered working with Miller within the 1995 film after studying of his loss of life.
“Once we made ‘Heavyweights’ being round Joe Miller was pure pleasure,” Apatow stated in in a press release.”We couldn’t have cherished spending time with him extra. He made everybody round him so pleased. What a horrible loss.”
A reason behind loss of life has not been revealed for Miller, who died in Chicago.
Miller starred alongside Ben Stiller, Kenan Thompson and extra in “Heavyweights,” which centered on a bunch of youngsters who attend a weight reduction program referred to as Camp Hope.
