Manhattan prosecutors dropped assault costs Wednesday towards former New York Yankee Pat Kelly and his girlfriend after the pair stopped cooperating with authorities.
Kelly and his gal pal, Marina Cernova, had been arrested on Oct. 1 after they obtained in a combat on the tony London Lodge on W. 54th St., cops mentioned on the time.
Kelly, 50, accused her of punching him within the face. Cernova, 34, advised police he grabbed her by the arm and pushed her.
However the pair stopped speaking to authorities, main prosecutors to ask a Manhattan decide to seal the case charging them with misdemeanor assault. Neither Kelly or Cernova had been in court docket.
