Curtis Bostic, a 1st congressional seat candidate and former member of the Charleston County Council, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 12 p.m. Monday to celebrate the opening of his Beaufort campaign headquarters at 2121 Boundary St.

The family-friendly event will feature hot dogs, popcorn, drinks, and a jumper for children to enjoy.
