Gateway Realty welcomes members

Gateway Realty announces the addition of three members to its sales team.
Real Estate professional Chris Wray has been a Beaufort County resident for 11 years and specializes in listing and selling residential property on Daufuskie Island and in Bluffton. Lowcountry native Tiphany Jackson joins Gateway Realty as the director of marketing and media. Jackson previously worked with The Melrose Company, Nationsbank, J. Banks Design and PINK Magazine. Realtor Trina Grecco will serve as the executive assistant to Gateway's Lowcountry Team. Grecco is a native of Rochester, N.Y., and has experience in finance brokerage. Grecco previously spent seven years working for Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty as a Realtor and office manager.

Jeffrey Zapp joins Weichert Realty
Realtor Jeffrey Zapp joined Weichert, Realtors -- Palmetto Coast. Zapp will work with homebuyers and sellers south of the Broad River, especially those located in Bluffton and on Hilton Head Island. He will work out of the agency's Port Royal office at 1503 Paris Ave. Details: 843-770-5100;

Weichert recognizes its top producers
A luncheon was held Jan. 29 to honor Weichert, Realtors -- Coastal Properties top producers in Beaufort County for the last quarter of 2012, as well as agents that met a written sales volume goal for all four quarters consecutively in 2012. The company's top producers of last quarter were: The Bell Team (Larry and Eva Bell), Wendy Burchfield, Pat Griffith, Sherryl Hennessey, Christopher Robyn (Christopher and Robyn Henke), Irene Jackiewicz, Ann Lilly, Barbara McCallion, Bruce Strupp and Jack Tuney. Agents meeting the sales volume goal all four quarters received an engraved plaque to recognize their achievement. These individuals were: Wendy Burchfield, Christopher Robyn (Christopher and Robyn Henke), Sherryl Hennessey and Jack Tuney.

The 2013 All Saints Episcopal Church Garden Tour will host an exhibit of original works of art inspired by gardens through Feb. 23 at the Hilton Head Island library, 11 Beach City Road. Jurors will select one submission to be featured on the 26th annual Garden Tour poster. The piece selected for the poster will be announced at an artist's reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 19 at the library. All paintings at the library are for sale with a percentage going to the Garden Tour to benefit its designated charities. The All Saints Garden Tour, "A Potpourri of Gardens," will be held May 18.
