Beaufort residents Emily Collins and Andrew Munger were named to the dean's list at Wake Forest University for the fall 2012 semester.

St. Helena Island resident Regina Williams was named to the dean's list at Columbia College for the fall 2012 semester. To be named to the dean's list, a student must complete at least 12 hours with a 3.5 grade point average.

Beaufort resident Gregory Lonscak graduated from Saint Joseph's College of Maine in December.

Beaufort resident Robert Jennings and Hardeeville resident Sonam Bhimbra graduated from The College of Charleston in December.

Beaufort residents Jaymie Baggerly, Malcolm Kates, Katelyn O'Dell, Matthew Priester, Rachel Taylor; and St. Helena Island resident Abigail Barrett were named to the Highly Distinguished Honors list at The College of Charleston for the fall 2012 semester. Highly Distinguished Honors are awarded to students enrolled in at least 14 credit hours who have maintained a grade point ratio between 3.8 and 4.0.

Beaufort residents Jessica Barras, Kristen Clyburn, Melody Coakley, Oliver Hix, Ethan Konoza, Lisa Roney, Camilla States and Lauren Ward were named to the Distinguished Honors list at The College of Charleston for the fall 2012 semester. Distinguished Honors are awarded to students enrolled in at least 14 credit hours who have maintained a grade point ratio between 3.60 and 3.79.
