BOYS BASKETBALL

Hilton Head Prep 58, St. Andrew's 38: Randy Young scored 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead an efficient effort by the Dolphins.

John Eck added 11 points and Shaun Topper scored nine for Hilton Head Prep (10-8), which had 17 assists on its 24 field goals.

"They shared the ball well," Prep coach Jerry Faulkner said.

Charlie Wilmot led the way with eight assists.

The Dolphins, who host Northwood Academy at 7:15 p.m. Friday, improve to 10-8 overall with Wednesday's win.

"We're really pleased where we are, we just want to keep getting better and better," Faulkner said.
