John Ussery Jr. joins Palmetto Bluff sales
John Ussery Jr. has joined the real estate sales team at Palmetto Bluff, the 20,000 acre recreational and residential community in greater Bluffton. Ussery, a native of Hilton Head Island, is a 2002 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He recently worked as a principal with The Ussery Group, a division of Gateway Realty, in the greater Bluffton and Hilton Head Island area. Details:

Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty announces the addition of two members to its team. Bluffton resident Will Guscio has joined the company as an associate broker. Guscio began his career in 1990 and his hands-on experience has assisted clients in both residential and commercial transactions throughout the years. Guscio has also served as the president of the Old Town Bluffton Merchants Society from 1996-2000. Mary Ann Horne has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty as an associate broker. She is a certified senior real estate specialist, a certified buyer broker, and a luxury real estate specialist. Weichert named to Entrepreneur list
