Name: Stacey Romoser

Husband: Todd

Town: Bluffton

Children: Breckin, born Dec. 15, 2012

Occupation: co-owner of Bomboras Grille on Hilton Head Island

Hobbies: Spending time with her newborn baby. She also enjoys working, traveling and making soap.

Favorite mommy moment: "Every day I just like looking at him, at his little facial expressions when he's sleeping."

Most challenging moment: "I have a really good baby so far. I have to wake him up to feed. He gets a little cranky, fussy ... but he's really easy so far."

Stress reliever: "I like getting massages. I would have to say I think my prenatal massages helped me with my labor because I delivered pretty quick. I was in the hospital with contractions about 7 a.m., and I was done by noon."

Advice for other moms: Romoser calls herself a huge advocate for breastfeeding. Although she hopes to exclusively breastfeed her son, she likes the option of having a breastpump in case of an emergency. So when she heard that the Affordable Care Act requires insurance companies to cover breast pumps and lactation consultant visits, Romoser called her insurance company to get more information.

Romoser said she shared the news with the other mothers in her breastfeeding class at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

"The fact that that is available can be so helpful to a lot of different people, especially those that were on the fence on whether to formula feed or breastfeed."

Romoser's advice to other moms who want to breastfeed? "Don't get discouraged because it is a lot of work getting the baby to latch on correctly. You know, when your milk comes in, it's not comfortable. ... It does regulate, and it does get better. ... Hang in there ... and don't let anyone discourage you."
