The University of South Carolina Beaufort is continuing its Lunch with the Author series in January.

Upcoming authors include:


  • Jan. 17: Dr. Robert Davis ("Coffee is Bad for You") at the Dockside Restaurant, Port Royal.

  • Feb. 7: Karen White ("Sea Change") at the Hampton Hall Clubhouse, Bluffton.

  • March 21: Dorothea Benton Frank ("Porch Lights") and Pamela Redmond ("Porch Lights") at the Country Club of Hilton Head.

  • April 11: Heidi Julavits ("The Vanishers") at the Moss Creek Clubhouse, Bluffton.

    • All luncheons begin at noon, followed by the author's talk, questions and a book signing. Cost is $42. Reservations are required.
