Hughes joins Keller Williams

Holly Hughes recently joined Keller Williams as an executive assistant to the Joan Kelly Group. Originally from New York, Hughes moved to the Lowcountry two years ago.

  • The Real Estate teams of Delcher & Delcher and the Montgomery Team -- both affiliated with Gateway Realty -- will merge to become known as Delcher & Associates. The principals of the two groups are Duke and Linda Delcher and Eileen and Dennis Montgomery.   • As part of its 30th anniversary celebration, The Seabrook has been offering the free lecture series, "Living Long & Loving It." The final lecture will be at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 28 and will be preceded with refreshments in the retirement community's auditorium at 300 Woodhaven Drive, Hilton Head Island. The topic of the lecture is "The Many Faces of Retirement and Aging," with Dr. Paul Doerring. Details: 843-842-3747
  • Hilton Head Choral Society's 28th annual Christmas Tour of Homes will take place from noon to 5 p.m. Dec. 9 at Hampton Hall in Bluffton.
    Guests will have the opportunity to tour six homes decorated for the holidays. The self-guided tour will take guests through residences and the private community's clubhouse. Docents will be on hand at each house to answer questions and point out special features. The Christmas Tour of Homes is a fundraiser for the choral society. Refreshments will be served in the clubhouse.
  • Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 the day of the tour.
