AARP Driver Safety Program Courses have been scheduled in November and December in Beaufort County:

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Beaufort County Parks and Leisure Services. To register, call Bill Throne at 843-846-8578.

9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 30 at Summit Place of Beaufort, 1119 Pickpocket Plantation Drive. Class open to those 26 and older. To register, call Harry Ammon at 843-521-1941.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 1 at the Sea Pines Community Center. To register, call Hayden Leon at 843-671-2594.

A $14 fee is charged for course materials; the cost is $12 for AARP members. There is no charge in November for active-duty military, veterans and their dependents.
