Evelyn May Caretsky, 81, of Hilton Head Plantation died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Marvin. A memorial service will be held at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Lowcountry, Malphrus Road, Bluffton at 10 a.m. Wednesday, and a reception will follow.
