This nonsense of participating in a class-action lawsuit against Pulte is a waste of Sun City Hilton Head homeowners' time.

I bought into Sun City eight years ago, and I have never had them refuse to rectify any defects, of which there were only three small items.

If you feel there is a defect, invest in an inspection of your home by a reputable inspector and forward the report to them and then see what happens.

If you drive around Sun City, you will see Pulte correcting defects in the application of stucco at many homes.

It is a matter of common knowledge that class-action lawsuits put millions of dollars in the lawyer's pocket and pennies in yours. Meanwhile, if you sign up in the class-action lawsuit, Pulte will not do anything, and you will wait years for your pennies.
