The Lowcountry Council of Governments needs volunteer insurance counselors to help Medicare beneficiaries.

Six sessions of volunteer training will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for six weeks beginning Wednesday at LCOG at Point South, off exit 33 on Interstate 95. Volunteers will be reimbursed for mileage and lunch will be provided.
