An intersection west of Beaufort is being converted to a traffic circle.

Signs and temporary traffic-control devices will direct drivers at the intersection of Joe Frazier Road, Pine Grove Road and Morrall Drive starting today, according to a news release from J.R. Wilson Construction Co. of Varnville.

The traffic circle is scheduled to be completed July 31.
