Wish Upon A Horse Therapeutic Riding Center will hold a fundraising picnic from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday at Lawton Stables in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island.

A barbecue lunch, pony rides, face painting, dunk tank, horse-jumping exhibition, music and a silent auction are planned.

Admission is free, and all proceeds support the nonprofit organization, which provides free equine riding therapy to children and adults with special needs.
