The 19th annual Low Country Soup Challenge was held Sunday at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. Soup lovers enjoyed samples of the best soups, bisques and chowders presented by more than 20 of the region's top chefs, with the proceeds of the event benefiting the Volunteers In Medicine Clinic on Hilton Head. The "Cuzin Cooter's Choot'em Gator Fried Turkey and Swamp Critter Stew" from Kenny B's restaurant was named the winner of the event.
