After closing for the holidays, the Port Royal Farmers Market is reopening today with shorter winter hours.

The market will be open from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays through March. Regular hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will resume in April. The market is located at Heritage Park, off Ribaut Road.

Farmers and growers will provide winter crops such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets, spinach, collards, kale, salad greens, onions, pecans, peas, asparagus, radishes, cabbage, lemons and oranges, according to a news release.
