Octavius Moultrie faces one count of attempted murder for allegedly firing a shotgun toward a man in a car in September 2010 on Poppy Hill Road, according to Beaufort County Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. Jerome Spencer.
No injuries were reported at the time.
