An Air Pressure officer is beneath investigation for blasting lower-ranking “black females” at Nellis Air Pressure Base in a profanity-laced Fb rant, officers stated Monday.
Officers on the Las Vegas base stated Tech. Sgt. Geraldine Pretty was “faraway from her supervisory function” after viral footage of a racially insensitive tirade surfaced over the weekend.
“It pisses me the f–k off that they haven’t any respect and continuously have an perspective,” Pretty may be heard saying within the since-deleted video. “What the f–k is up with that?”
Pretty, carrying an Air Pressure uniform within the video, apparently took exception to subordinates refusing to acknowledge her as “ma’am.”
A second model of the footage uploaded Monday garnered greater than 900,000 views, based on the Las Vegas Solar.
“They’re speaking all the way down to me. I’m making an attempt to tread frivolously as a higher-ranking (non-commissioned officer) to not blow the f–k up and begin a battle membership,” she raved within the footage.
“Everytime I f–king discuss to them, it’s like I’m just a few silly a— lady that doesn’t even need to be talked to as an individual,” stated Pretty, a member of the 99th Pressure Help Squadron.
The bottom pledged an investigation to find out if Pretty’s remarks had been the tip of a broader difficulty on the navy facility.
