Myriam Nino died on Jan. 20, 15 days after being hit on Northern Blvd. close to 90th St. in Jackson Heights.
Nino was crossing the road when she was struck within the crosswalk by a 2002 gray Toyota Corolla pushed by 22-year-old Lance Timote about 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 5.
